Possession Status and RERA Registration

M3M Altitude is currently under construction. That much is confirmed and consistent.

The exact possession date is where things get murky. Different listings quote dates years apart from each other, which tells us none of them are reliable. Rather than repeat a guess, we'd suggest asking the sales team directly for the current construction timeline — and cross-checking it against the RERA filing yourself.

M3M Altitude RERA number, again for reference: RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/821/553/2024/48. Haryana RERA publishes the promoter's declared completion date on their portal, updated as the project progresses. That's a more reliable source than any third-party listing.

Design and Amenities

The architecture is the actual talking point here. Three towers rise on the property, connected by a glass "Air Bridge" — a genuinely unusual design feature for Gurgaon. At the top, a 60-foot waterfall runs down the building's crown.

Each tower has two lobbies — one at the lower ground level, one at ground level — and units come with wrap-around decks offering close to 270-degree views. If you've toured typical Gurgaon high-rises, this is a step up from the standard single-lobby, single-balcony layout.

On the wellness side: sauna, steam room, a rooftop gym, and a climbing wall. For leisure, there's sky lagoon dining, sunken pods, a pool, an in-house café, and a gaming room. For anyone working from home, there's a co-working area, a business centre, and an executive lounge — genuinely useful if your "4 BHK + Lounge + Study" unit is doing double duty as home and office.

A full master plan with tower positioning and phase-wise layout isn't published in a form we could verify — request this directly from the sales team along with the site plan, since these documents typically firm up as construction progresses.

Location and Connectivity — Sector 65, Golf Course Extension Road

M3M Altitude's address puts it directly on Golf Course Extension Road, one of Gurgaon's more established luxury corridors. Sector 65 sits in what's often called "New Gurgaon" — the newer stretch of the city that's filled in fast over the last decade.

From here, NH-48 and Sohna Road are both within reach, which matters if your daily commute runs toward Delhi, Manesar, or the airport. We're intentionally not quoting exact drive times — sources we checked disagreed with each other by several minutes, and traffic on GCER varies enough that a fixed number would be misleading anyway.

For families, the sector has schools, hospitals, and malls in the surrounding area. We'd rather you verify the specific ones near this property with the sales team than get a generic list that may not reflect what's actually closest to this tower.

If metro connectivity matters to your decision, ask specifically about distance to the nearest station — the figures we found conflicted with each other enough that we're not going to repeat one here.

You don't have to choose blind. M3M has more than one luxury project in this immediate area, and they're not interchangeable.
